You are responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the confidentiality of your password and account. We are not liable for losses or damages due to unauthorized access.

We may offer free and premium accounts with varying features. Premium features may require payment, governed by separate terms.

You own the content you post or share ("Content"), such as profiles, posts, articles, videos, and messages. By posting your Content, you grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and perform your Content in connection with operating and providing the Services including marketing the Service. This license authorizes us to make your Content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. You agree this license includes the right to analyze information you provide and otherwise provided by our Services from your information to training and improve our models for artificial intelligence, and make Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals. Such additional uses by us or other companies is made with no compensation paid to you. Further we have a changing set of how partners can interact with Content. You understand that we may modify your Content.

You represent that your Content does not infringe third-party rights and overall have obtained rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power and authority to share Content and complies with these Terms, and that you.

We own or license all other content on the Services, including software, interfaces, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or access the Services to build a competitive product.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) without our permission.
• Disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose (such as confidential information of others (including your current or past employers).

In exchange for using the Services, you may see ads from us or third parties. We may use your data (as per our Privacy Policy) to personalize ads.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and professionally. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against others based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
• Spam, solicit, or engage in unauthorized commercial activities.
• Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive code.
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Engage in illegal activities or promote violence.
• Manipulate or interfere with the Services' functionality.

We may monitor use and take action against violations, including removing content, suspending accounts, or legal action.

If you believe Your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with details as required by applicable law.

We respect IP rights and may terminate repeat infringers.

You may terminate your account at any time by deactivating it and ceasing use.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, for reasons including:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Legal risks or requirements.
• Commercial reasons.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, but sections that survive termination (e.g., IP licenses, disclaimers) remain in effect.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose such as but not limited to financial, legal, employment, or professional advise, and non-infringement, or uninterrupted use.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content including the Suggestion feature which does not guarantee results such as a raise, new job, promotion, or any specific success. You may encounter offensive or inaccurate content from other users. All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We may monitor Content but be unable to monitor all or control the Content posted via the Services, and cannot take responsibility for such Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for the Services. These limitations apply even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree you will:

• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Provide accurate information.
• Use your real name and identity
• Respect others' privacy and rights.

You agree you will not:

• Create misleading profiles.
• Share confidential information without permission including current and past employers
• Engage in hate speech or abusive behavior.
• Use the Services for inappropriate purposes (e.g., dating).
• Circumvent technical measures or access restrictions.
